Product return policy

The rules below describe the process of buying and refunding for unspecified services. It is recommended to carefully read this document, as it describes the rights of the customer when ordering services. The consent of the client to place an order confirms acceptance of these rules.

General provisions

If the client is not satisfied with the rendered service, then he has the right to return the money back on the basis of the conditions described below. But we hope that a refund can be avoided if the client appeals to our specialists who will be able to help through the forms of treatment or contact details specified in section contacts.

Maintenance costs will be refunded in full in the following cases:
1. Specialists of TIFIYA did not begin work on providing consultations until the request for a refund was received.
2. The provided services do not meet the requirements of the Customer or are incomplete as a result of the completion of work on the agreed terms.

The cost of the service provided can not be returned after it has been granted in part or in full.

Refund procedure

Requests for refunds must be sent to the e-mail address refunds@tifiya.cz. Requests made by any other ways will not be processed and will not be considered.
The application is processed within three (3) working days, and the decision of the refund shall be made within two (2) working days.
If the refund is made, then the work on the provision of the service for which the money was repaid is terminated.
